Guests appreciated the secure and safe environment of the apartment block, including the gated lower ground car park. Sam, the host, was friendly and provided a warm welcome, offering assistance throughout the stay via text message.

Some guests encountered issues with canceled bookings and difficulties accessing the building and apartment due to a deactivated FOB. Communication with the host also appeared to be lacking, with unanswered calls and messages in some instances.

He greeted us outside, showed us to the secure underground parking, and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment. He even kept in constant contact with us throughout our stay, answering any questions we had. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

There was a slight issue with the FOB for entry into the room and hotel. The FOB was unknowingly deactivated, causing us to be locked out upon our return late in the evening.

I felt completely safe and secure during my stay, especially with the gated lower ground car park. I was warmly greeted by the host, Sam, who showed us around the property and made us feel right at home. He even kept in constant contact throughout our stay, ensuring all our questions were answered. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.
